Our journey began in 2013 when Josh and Sophie Walsh opened their first NSW venue, St Edwards, focussing on comprehensive event planning and styling. In 2015, following the successful planning of weddings at nearby private properties, White Top was born. Rather than relying on hire companies, we invested in our own equipment from the beginning, ensuring that the execution of our events matched the level of detail of our planning and styling. Word quickly spread, leading to the acquisition of additional venues and the management of privately owned properties transformed into exclusive event spaces.
Today, White Top operates in both VIC and NSW, hosting events on private properties and at our exclusive venues. Our commitment to privacy distinguishes us, providing a streamlined service that eliminates the need for multiple suppliers. Our goal is to simplify the event planning process for our clients, offering a fully functioning venue space that combines efficient event management with top-tier equipment, and a team of premium event professionals who are always two steps ahead. Beyond weddings, we collaborate on large-scale events and activations for key brand partners. No matter the client, our approach is always the same - tailored, seamless and stress-free.

With two decades of experience in the events industry, Sophie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Her passion for event creation and design is at the core of White Top's distinctive and innovative approach to every project.
BRAYDEN ALLAN
Director + Operations Manager
With an architecture degree and a background in construction, Brayden brings a unique blend of skills to the table, serving as the vital link between planning and logistics. Behind the scenes, he not only manages the build team but is also responsible for event design, creating bespoke and custom builds that define the distinct White Top touch. Brayden collaborates on site plans and event flow, ensuring that every detail aligns with the overall vision. Most importantly, he fosters relationships between event directors, the build team and clients, ensuring that every White Top event is an unforgettable experience.

Senior Event Planner + Stylist
Ayesha is a dynamic force, integral to the White Top team. Her keen eye for design and coordination ensures she masterfully oversees every aspect of event planning, from set-up to styling. With a background in social work, Ayesha has a passion for fostering human connection and celebrating life's memorable moments.
